Fletch is the world's first cyber threat AI, built to cut out the noise and surface the few threats that matter. Now, you can directly interact with Fletch’s artificial intelligence for the quick answers you need on the threat landscape. Concerns from your CSO on a random threat? Ask Fletch. Need to check if a threat from Twitter would target your tech? Ask Fletch. Curious about the status of Lazarus? Ask Fletch. It isn't just another AI chatbot; it's a revolutionary tool designed to help you navigate the complex threat landscape. Let’s get into it.
More than just a chatbot
AskFletch doesn’t just passively respond to queries. It actively surfaces threats in a deliberate manner daily. This unique approach exists across Fletch. It is what guides users through discovery, triage, and mitigation processing. You can stay focused on the few threats that matter, knowing that you’re covered.
So what sets AskFletch apart from other chatbots? There are several key reasons:
Timeliness and Relevance: Unlike other chatbots that may claim to do the same, Fletch is plugged into the threat landscape. AskFletch is updated daily to be aware of every threat or evolution emerged from the last 24 hours. You will always know the most pressing threats right now.
Expertise in the Threat Landscape: Fletch’s knowledge is deeply rooted in the latest in the threat landscape. Our artificial intelligence is constantly crawling articles, indicators, and forums, classifying the data, and correlating it. That means you will always know exactly why a particular threat is relevant or not. Additionally, with this added contextual knowledge, you are able to ask pointed questions about why the threat matters or not.
Human expertise: Fletch’s artificial intelligence is meticulously validated by cybersecurity experts to ensure outputs are always accurate. On top of that, Fletch’s AI is continuously learning as it receives more inputs from the landscape, AI experts, and users. Future iterations will continue to improve upon previous ones to give more complex responses and correlate to user’s data.
Ask Fletch vs ChatGPT
Not yet convinced that AskFletch is the real deal? Let’s put it to the test.
Below is an example of AskFletch vs ChatGPT’s response to a generic cybersecurity question. Though both are sophisticated artificial intelligence chat bots, one is not like the other…
How to use it
AskFletch will be featured on the Fletch Discover page. You can use it anytime you need quick answers on the threat landscape. It’s a great alternative to clicking around for the details yourself.
Some common use cases include:
Identifying threats you may have read about elsewhere
Needing more details or specifics on a threat
Seeing the status or severity of a threat
Mitigation advice on threats
Here are some starter questions you can ask:
Which threats are associated with Windows?
Which threats are new today?
What threats are targeting the medical or health industries?
What are the most critical threats tracked by Fletch?
What do you know about APT12?
What mitigation advice do you have against APT12?
When choosing what to ask, for this iteration, keep your questions topical. AskFletch can give you information on any threat that emerged or evolved from the last six months. This includes not just awareness of the nature of a given threat but the summary, history, mitigation, education, and some indicators. If the bot asks for a rephrasing of the question, offer it more context. For example, it is beneficial to AskFletch to say “Threat group APT12” instead of just “APT12”.
Lastly, AskFletch is surfacing the Fletch intelligence about the threat landscape, so you cannot ask it to troubleshoot issues related to your Fletch account. Currently, it focuses on knowing the latest about external threat intel. In the future we’ll surface Fletch’s intelligence in different ways.

Where else does Fletch’s artificial intelligence help me?
Unlike other companies, Fletch has been developing cybersecurity AI for years before the craze. Fletch’s accuracy, precision, and speed are thanks to this thoughtful implementation. Fletch is an amalgamation of layers of artificial intelligence that allows users to move faster through every process of cybersecurity. Let’s break down each part.
Discovery: Fletch is already known by many to be the proactive AI it is today. Our customers love our Alert Prioritizer, which allows them to instantly prioritize their vulnerability and malware alerts, and Threat Forecaster to find the threats on their horizon targeting their people and tech.
Triage: Artificial intelligence handles the data so you can get to more important things like triaging. Every Fletch threat card gives you the quick stats you need in a digestible way. Quickly see the number of IOCs and affected resources you have, what it’s targeting, status, updates, and the leading headline of the threat. Your feed is already prioritized for you so you are always focusing on the right things.
Mitigation: Every threat in Fletch has a Threat Board to give you all the relevant information you need on any threat when you’re in the heat of the moment. Short term and long term advice is generated to help you through the process. And the cherry on top is the education piece, which Fletch’s audience specific comms make it easy for users to keep their people in the know. Get a list of affected resources or people, so you’re not spending time in the wrong places.
